The Role of Green Training in the Ministry of Education’s Corporate Environmental Performance: A Mediation Analysis of Organizational Citizenship Behavior towards the Environment and Moderation Role of Perceived Organizational Support

Recently, the relationship between green human resource management (GHRM) and environmental performance has received a lot of attention from scholars. Teaching, training, research development carried out in higher education institutions, which are crucial sources for promotion sustainability, encourage GHRM. Using signaling theory, this study aimed to deal with different roles training Ministry Education’s corporate performance. The mediation analysis organizational citizenship behavior towards environment was considered moderation role perceived support evaluated. A survey prepared analyze opinions managers staff Education Iran. After collecting surveys, 211 complete responses were analyzed most important results these surveys concluded that: (1) tools adopted strategies improve (OCB) Educations’ performance; (2) OCB mediating effects on (CEP) is essential; (3) organization (POS) CEP.
